Shipping & Delivery Process
Following is the progress of your order:
- First: After you finish your order, it will be captured and transferred to the "Processing" process. This process would take 1-3 business days to complete.
- Second: Now the "Preparation" process, your order is sent to our factory to be made. This process usually takes 3-5 days to prepare & customize the goods at the factory.
- Third: "Approval & Shipping" Litty Bae will send the customer a video and photos of your order. With your approval will begin the shipping process or the return to our factory to correct any manufacturer errors with your purchase. After, you the customer approves the order will be ready to shipped out. We will send you the tracking number via the email that you used when placing your order. The shipping time would take from 7 to 15 business days.
* Please note that shipping in Holiday season would take 5 - 7 business days more than usual.
Your order will take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Feel free to reach out to us after 3 weeks to address any delivery concerns.
